Andrew Kardos

Founder and General Manager, Andrew is the lead strategist behind Mission Response. A McGill University graduate, Andrew enjoyed a successful career in packaged goods and financial services marketing before co-founding and building a successful national direct marketing advertising agency. His greatest business passion followed with the creation of Mission Response Inc. from a “kitchen table idea” to the company that it is today.
Richard Switzer

Richard Switzer

Passionate and forward-thinking, Richard is a natural problem solver with a keen eye for design. Prior to joining Mission Response in 2011, Richard worked in construction management academic research at the University of Hong Kong, followed by a marketing position in a Sydney-based travel agency and a pioneering role in the development of virtual events in Asia as a Project Manager with United Business Media (UBM Asia).
