Branding Worksheet Results − This client chose "extraordinary service", "award winner" and "unparalleled real state vision" as her key attributes. Her personality profile self-assessment listed concern for others, high energy/work ethic and reliability as her three strongest personality traits. She listed her favourite colours as black, gold, white and grey.

Brand Positioning Statement − Worry-Free Representation

Concept Description/Rationale − The "Wood Leaf" concept unashamedly uses the "wood analogy" to leverage the notion of solid worry-free representation. In addition to emphasizing the "solid attribute", the wood analogy is a timely environmental reference in an era of growing concern for and interest in our environment. Hence the selection of green as the primary colour (notwithstanding the client's stated colour preferences which were, in this case, trumped by the power of the creative concept). The leaf motif over the letter "i" creates an appealing word mark and the tag line "Solid Real Estate Advice" brings the entire concept together.
