Brand Positioning Statement − Quality Representation for Quality Real Estate

Concept Description/Rationale − The "Decorative Gate" concept delivers strongly on the notion of an "approach based on quality, not quantity" as well as "highly detailed, thorough". The key visual is a motif that expresses quality through its association with upscale real estate while its intricate fine detail connotes thoroughness and attention to detail. The client opted to pass on a tag line for reasons of simplicity and a desire to let the logo deliver the desired impression visually. Colour selection was based largely on a desire to mesh well with the key Royal LePage colours.
